Fres-co System®+ represents a direct connection between packaging lines and flexible laminates, able to support production and enhance the value of this synergy, achieving unprecedented efficiency and performance results, also and especially with a focus on sustainability and attention to the environment.
The heart of the innovation is in the engraving of a QR code on the core of the flexible laminate reel. This code, read from the packaging line:
- Uniquely identifies each reel;
- Transmits the technical characteristics and production parameters of the laminate in real time;
- Suggests the best combination of parameters according to the material loaded to achieve the best possible production efficiency;
- Communicates directly with the Industrial IoT MIND platform by correlating reel characteristics with machine production performance;
- Collects and analyses machine production data to optimize the laminate production process and machine performance.
